The living room also has a flat panel TV with streaming TV service (Netflix & Prime Video)– as does the bedroom. High speed internet is available as well. A wood burning fireplace in the living room (firewood supplied October through April). The screened-in gazebo offers protection from pesky mosquitoes and rain. The propane gas stove in the gazebo provides warmth on those cool nights. Of course, the deck is also enjoyable when weather permits. The forest trees surround you in this lovely location, nestled in the woods. Enjoy a long weekend or full vacation. Ideal for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. Close to downtown and other activities, including the Biltmore Estate, Lake Lure & Chimney Rock. Centrally located with Hendersonville, Black Mountain, Lake Lure and, of course, Asheville only 25 minutes away. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, yet know that you are close to grocery stores and all that awaits you in the area. Complete with AC and heating. The end to a perfect day of adventure will be to sit in the hot tub or relax on the deck with a cool drink. The peace you will experience at The Loverly will amaze you. The Loverly is located 17.5 miles from downtown Asheville, about 17 miles from the Biltmore and about 20 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You have done a fabulous job!!! We are so excited. The roads in the dark are crazy - then we turned into the driveway and we were home! Each room is so special. At first I thought it would be hard to get myself off the cozy couches in the living room ; then we walked out back and geez I’m looking forward to the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee; then we walked upstairs and it’s gonna be hard to leave the bedroom all together! LOL This is going to be one heck of a fantastic weekend. We may not want to leave. It truly is a hidden gem. Now we have to figure out the tv and wifi. We’re not good at that stuff ....eek J & V
