Windows on the Water is in the Beautiful Margarittaville Tantara Gated Neighborhood. This lovely home is directly on the water off the main channel with views of the water as far as the eyes can see!! The sunsets are beautiful! The house is relaxing and cozy. The home has just been updated with new carpet, paint, furniture and bedding. It is 4 full bedroom/ 4 baths. The home is ideal for a large family/groups There is plenty of space for all! It has a fully furnished kitchen and large bedrooms. Plenty of room for the whole family. 4 bed 4 bath. Sleeps 16. The house is directly on the water and has big lake views from the bluff it sits on. The 4th bedroom is a mother In law suite that is the 3rd floor of the house is separated by out door stairs. All bedrooms are very large and all have their own decks. Other Things to Note: ~The house has a mother in law suite, which is the 4th bedroom. It is located outside of the home by their own private stairs. There is no access to it inside of the house. It is very large, private and quiet. ~There is also no laundry room in this house ~PLEASE NOTE~ Because of COVID we are able to get supplies for starter kits but they are currently much more difficult to find. We will include in the starter kit the following: 1 paper towel, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 4-5 dish tabs, 2 trash bags, handsoap and dishsoap. We encourage you to bring other supplies if you think that you will need it. There is also a Walmart, Target and several grocery stores near by. Thanks for understanding.
