The condo is a 2 bedroom located on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view overlooking the ocean, the garden and the beach. The complex offers 24 hours security service, back-up generator, private free parking area, pool and Jacuzzi (that is not heated but has bubble features and lights). Fine dining restaurants, bars, banks and supermarket are walking distance. Not guest friendly. A family oriented complex. Guests have a parking area signed, are welcome to use the pool, jacuzzi and use the private beach stairs to go directly down to the beach. Don’t hesitate to reach out for recommendations. In a more relaxed tone, the expat community helps to liven up its lively and international nightlife. Sosua is a beach town in the Puerto Plata province of the Dominican Republic. Located approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) from the Gregorio Luperón International Airport in San Felipe de Puerto Plata, the town is accessed primarily by Camino Cinco, or Highway 5, which runs much of the length of the country's North coastline. The town is divided into three sectors: El Batey, which is the main tourist section and on the east side of the main beach (Playa Sosúa), Los Charamicos, on the west end of the beach and past that, heading north toward the airport, is Sosúa Abajo.
