Casa El Sueño - 8 min to Siesta Key - Intracoastal

Located just across from Siesta Key, on the mainland of Sarasota, you have access to all the city offers and are only a 5-10 minute drive to Siesta Key and 10-15 minute drive away from the best beaches! We are located on the intracoastal waterway and right off the main road leading over to the Key! This duplex unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a living room, kitchen, and screened-in porch. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed. It is a very bright space and perfect for a couple, family, or group of friends. The unit has a large closet and beach towels/mat are provided. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stovetop, microwave, small coffee maker, pots/pans, plates, bowls, glassware and utensils. You also have your own washer/dryer with laundry soap. The living space is comfortable and homey. Enjoy all the local events in town yet have both the privacy of a being in your space in a quaint waterfront community. The beach is close and very accessible. You will have complete privacy to the entire unit with your own washer and dryer. The nice screened-in porch overlooks the backyard and peakaboo views of the intracoastal waterway. We love to stay connected with our guests and are available via phone or text and are more than happy to share places in town where we like to eat and play (we also provide a guidebook in the unit).
