This top floor condo offers beautiful mountain views in all directions. It is located in the village of Radium Hot Springs, BC. 5 minutes walk to the town center with restaurants, supermarket, ice cream shop,liquor store. 5 minutes drive to the Hot Springs Pools. Fully equipped kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, dishwasher and outdoor gas BBQ. Bedding, towels, and toiletry amenities also included. Ensuite washer & dryer free of charge. Good for a big family or two small families. No elevator. The condo is the entire top floor of the building, total over 2300 sq ft, with no one above you or next to you, which offers plenty of room to make yourself at home, great view and privacy. The condo has high ceilings through out and a vaulted ceiling in the dining and living space, which makes the condo feel big and comfortable. You have the whole condo to yourself. 2 parking spots in front of the building. There is a fridge with water and ice dispenser. Toaster, coffee maker, and kettle are on the counter. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, etc. are in the cabinets. Coffee keeps in the freezer. Some manuals keep in one of the top cabinet next to the fridge in case you need (please put them back where you get them). Please feel free to find what you need or text/call me.
