Casa La Pausa in San Pancho

Casa La Pausa is a brand new home in a quiet street in the heart of San Pancho, Nayarit. The house has a pool and is a very short walking distance away from the beach, restaurants and shopping that make San Pancho such a lovely place to visit and live in. Casa La Pausa abuts treed areas providing bird- spotting opportunities as well as the sounds of wave crashing, with the right conditions. A roof area and pergola catch constant breezes and offer nice sunset-time relaxation. Entire house and pool area in backyard. Access to rooftop area, shared with standalone owners' apartment located there, which they reach independently. Always willing and eager to provide assistance, information about San Pancho and surrounding area and its available activities. Our street is fairly quiet, off to the side of the town's main drag and still a stone's throw from town and beach life. Many of our neighbors are themselves North American owners. The house has one driveway parking, plus safe street parking for two additional vehicles if necessary. Cabs are easily available and are courteous and affordable, a great option to visit the nearest towns. Puerto Vallarta is less than an hour away, with many bus lines servicing the beach stops in between. The house is secure with various ironwork all around.
