Duke Street Beach House
Relax in this spacious beachfront oasis, located in the heart of Cockburn town. If you can pull yourself away from the view, you'll find restaurants, shops, hotels and other amenities just a short stroll away. This fully equipped beach house boasts a large oceanfront yard that opens onto a pristine beach. This historic refurbished English Bermuda style home was built in 1830 from wood salvaged from shipwrecks. The house is set back from Duke Street on a large lot with a mature front yard and a back yard that opens onto the beach. With 3 queen beds and a double bunk bed, this house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. A local representative will be available to answer any questions or issues during your stay. Located on Duke Street and just a minute's walk from the Sand Bar restaurant, dive shop, market and banks. Arrangements for airport pick-up, bicycle rental, scuba diving or snorkeling trips etc. To travel to Grand Turk you would need to fly into the island of Providenciales (airport code PLS). From Providenciales you would take a local flight to Grand Turk Airport on InterCaribbean (formerly Air Turks & Caicos) or Caicos Express Airways. There are several flights daily, and it takes just 20 minutes. A 12% local tax applies to all bookings. Because Airbnb doesn't collect this tax automatically, following your booking we will send you a separate request for an amount equal to 12% of the accommodation rate. This tax does not apply to the cleaning and service fees.
