Also a large pool and laundry that wil wash, dry, fold your clothes for a fee We are popular because we are in a quiet, upscale neighborhood but only a few minutes walk to 2 beaches and many places of interest, including a gym, casino and many restaurants and bars. There is enough to do within walking distance that you don't need a car. Taxis with drivers who understand English and public transportation can take you to places of interest outside of town We are gated and guests have their own code for the gate. On the property they have free access to their apartment and common areas, including the pool. I am the manager of the condominium and am always available to answer questions and assist guests in any way that I can. We are in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Hard to believe it can be such a quiet neighborhood since we are only a 5 minute walk from the center of town and many popular places of interest. You don't need a car if you stay here. 2 popular beachs, well equipped gym, casino, bars & restaurants and many more places of interest are in easy walking distance. To visit places further away, such as for kite-boarding and wind surfing in nearby Cabarete, surfing at Playa Encuentro, golf, tennis, Monkey Jungle to mingle with the monkeys and ride a 4500 foot zip line, attend a cockfight (legal and important in the Dominican Republic) and many other activities and places of interest, English speaking taxi drivers are available and in some cases public transportation can be used. Because there are only 2 beds, King and Queen, the maximum number of adults allowed for the night is 4. Because of the virus, apartments are deep cleaned before guests arrive. If reservation is for 8 days or less, cleaning service will not be provided during the stay and linen will not be changed. If reservation is for 2 weeks or more, weekly cleaning service and laundry change will start the 8th day. Guests must bring masks and wear them in the common areas and in the presence of the staff. Guests must comply with all local and El Neptuno rules regarding wearing masks and social distancing, etc
