Home includes a fully equipped new kitchen, dining room, and large living room with gas stove. With 7 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, plus a cot, there is plenty of space for groups and families. Location is 5 miles to I-89, 6 miles to Stowe Village, and very close to Ben & Jerry’s, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and the Waterbury Reservoir State Park. Waterbury is home to some of the best restaurants and craft beer in Vermont! Includes onsite parking, snow removal, and many other amenities such as hair dryers, ironing board, washer and dryer, and board games. All linens provided. Sleds and kayaks are available to use. Fire pit, gardens, and porch. Just across the street is Hope Davey Park with ball fields, a skate park, playground, 18-hole Frisbee golf, and cross-country skiing/snowshoeing trails. The owners live on site in the front house and the large guest house is behind it. Please note: there is a three night minimum stay.
