Artsy Downtown 12th Floor Condo w/Parking

The spacious 12th floor condo is located right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to practically all of Victoria's attractions. The unit has a designated parking spot which is great for those who arrive with a vehicle. The condo is nicely decorated with plenty of art and books, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed. Guest access: The guests have access to the entire condo which includes: a living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer you are welcome to use. Interaction with guests: While you are staying at this apartment we are likely in Ecuador. We will give you instructions to check yourself in and we are available by email or phone if anything comes up. Location: The condo is located in downtown Victoria, near the inner harbor, the Empress Hotel, galleries and museums, shops, restaurants, movie theaters and more! Literally just outside your doorstep you will find everything you need. Getting around: If you are spending time downtown then the best way to get around in on foot. If are visiting other areas of the island then renting a car is a convenient way to explore. There are also regular buses that run within the city, outer city, and to the ferries and airport.
