BEDROOM #2 has one Queen Bed, one Twin-XL bed (sleeps 1 adult or child), a 40-inch Samsung LED Smart HDTV, FREE Netflix, Blu-Ray DVD Player, 1 closet, a nightstand, and a pond view. New pillowtop mattresses!!! Each of the 2 full bathrooms have porcelain tile floors, hair-dryer, towels, & soap. Our fully equipped, full-size kitchen has everything you will need (except the food!), such as appliances, cookware, silverware, dinnerware, etc. Dining area has a wrought-iron/glass dining table w/4 chairs and 3 bar stools. Spacious Living Room has cathedral ceilings, and two sofas. A laundry room w/full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer is located inside the unit (free of charge). Washing detergent is provided. This condo is on the top (2nd) floor of a 2-story building, which provides a quieter stay (no foot traffic overhead!), more privacy, clearer views of golf course and ponds, and high cathedral ceilings, when compared to 1st floor units.
