100% NON SMOKING BEAUTIFUL HISTORICAL HOME!

The decor is warm, peaceful, sunny and comforting. The entire home has an open space concept and invites you to take a nook and curl up next to one of the fire places throughout the home with your favorite novel. The outdoors are welcomed in and there is no clear line to define one from the other. Come and enjoy a getaway with your family, friends or coworkers! The entire house is accessible. The owner never resided on the premises. Personal artifacts are not evident and the home was designed with the guest in mind. The homes expression is intent on bringing the outdoors inside and is full of natural light and an open space ambiance with warm tones that are inviting and relaxing. Make yourself at home! There are designated areas of the home that will either be locked or clearly defined as the owners. Such as a food pantry or closet. I am available anytime by either phone, text or messaging through the portal. This is a business establishment, pre-COVID a Bed and Breakfast and not my personal vacation home. So my interactions with you will be similar to your experiences at a hotel or Bed and Breakfast establishment. Just like a hotel your privacy and space is respected and my interactions with you are as needed. The neighborhood is very residential within walking distance or short drive of grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, boutiques, parks and night life. Commuting is very easy either by the way of your personal vehicle, bike, Uber, bus, walking or train. The ONLY individuals allowed on the property exterior(driveway, patio, porch, deck, grass, asphalt etc.) or interior are the individuals that were part of the original reservation. Guest or visitors can be on the property ONLY when there is an updated request to the host prior to you sharing the home address with them and prior to them showing up on the property. We can add them to the original reservation, as a visitor. Uber, Lyft and service related drop-offs and deliveries are permissible, just please notify the host in advance if packages or mailings will be sent to the home during your stay. Absolutely NO SMOKING ANYWHERE WITHIN THE HOME OR EXTERIOR PROPERTY LINES! There are NO outdoor smoking accommodations for smokers anywhere on the property, as this is a NON SMOKING COMMUNITY. These two details are closely monitored. All violations are subject to a fine and or cancellation and removal from the property without a refund. An incidental fee is required for all reservations and collected upon check-in.
