The Century Club House in Nampa, Idaho is a spacious and charming 4100 sq ft, two-story home built in 1903 and fully renovated in 2017. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just three blocks from the historic downtown district. Stroll to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, a craft beer bar, several antique and collectible shops, a gorgeous 1903 train depot, a beautiful modern library and more. Boise is an easy 20-minute drive on I-84 East. This bright and cheerful home has been updated and eclectically decorated by a world-traveling couple, who are owners of a commercial photography business and both practicing fine artists. Most of the artwork in the Century Club House is their own ​or the work of other local artists. This home is ideal for groups or large families who would enjoy a spacious, artistic space to gather, celebrate, and spend time together in a memorable and comfortable setting. Enter the house through the bright, spacious traditional sun porch, complete with lots of comfortable seating. Upstairs you'll find a self-contained two-bedroom unit with its own entrance on the sunporch. It has comfortable queen beds, generous closets, a newly updated bathroom with large glass shower, and a comfortable living room with flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is cozy and unique, with colorful dishes and sunny breakfast counter. Each room has an individual heat/air-conditioning unit, plus a ceiling fan. Downstairs is a spacious combined living room/dining room area; a roomy farm-style kitchen with a vintage island table and lots of counter space, perfect for cooking or catering; and a convenient bedroom with queen-size bed and adjacent updated bathroom with large shower. The living room has a fireplace, matching white leather couches, a 55” flat-screen smart TV, and a small stage with a 1930s Baldwin baby grand piano. The spacious landscaped back yard features a large semi-shaded deck with multiple seating areas and lawn areas that provide additional seating and dining options. Propane BBQ. Ice chests are available for use. Large garden area with vegetables, flowers, and herbs. Keyless entry and WiFi. Large driveway offers off-street parking for up to five vehicles. A resource binder and online information about local destinations and activities are available. Nampa, Idaho, is an old railroad town established in the 1880s, with historic ties to agriculture, ranching, railroads, wineries and outdoor recreation. GUEST ACCESS The entire first and second floors of the Century Club House are included with your booking, along with full access to the enclosed backyard with large deck and garden area. GUEST INTERACTION We live 6 blocks away and are available whenever you need anything! We will greet you on your arrival and will check in periodically to see how things are going. NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW The Century Club House is located 4 short blocks from historic Downtown Nampa, with bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, thrift shops, a beautiful new library, and the beautiful 1903 Nampa Train Depot, which houses the county's historical museum.
