Summary: Luxury apartment is large, big windows, new flooring and balconies Every kitchen is equipped with large countertops, oven, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Each bedroom has large closet space, and the master suite includes a separate private bath. In-unit laundry, building has security doors and digital unit keys access to the property is 24/7 and 365 days per year check in text or e-mail. Properties are professionally managed with onsite staff living at the facility. Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: Comes with bedding, sheets, towels! A fully stocked kitchen with dishware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Utilities and high speed internet! Guests will need to climb stairs to access the unit as this apartment is located on the fourth floor. The building does not have an elevator! Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest Access: Guests will need to climb three flights of stairs to access the fourth floor unit. Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
