We purchased the Little River House as a getaway for our family and to share our wonderful little gem with VRBO members. In 2016 we moved into The Little River House full time while we renovated our home up river. The Little River House is back and better than ever. We added a second bedroom which is connected to the main cottage; just a few steps outside across the deck for entry. If you have small children this might not be ideal but teens love it! We love the Up-North feeling of Little River House and know you will it too! Delightful spacious Two Bedroom sleeps six right on The Rock River. This super clean 1950’s cottage will remind you of days gone by. Unplug from daily life or use the super fast internet to watch TV with your Netflix or Prime account. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds and very private. It is connected to the main cottage and has a separate entry just a few steps outside across the deck. Relax on the screen porch, enjoy the 120 feet of Rock River frontage under the mature oak trees. Keep a look out.. you might see the resident bald eagle soaring overhead. Spend the evenings around the fire pit, or if you prefer, play cards, dominoes or work on a jigsaw puzzle. Feel free to use the canoe or grab a fishing pole and fish off the private dock. There’s lots of parking so your boat and trailer will easily fit. Public boat dock is a 7 minute drive. Just bring your tooth brush and some food…everything else you need is there. Close to everything … Grocery, Marinas, and Restaurants.
