The Surf Casa Beach Bunkhouse is the perfect place to vacation with those you LIVE WITH. You can be self-quarantined and on Vacation. If you must be quarantined, you might as will do it on the ocean. You will have Private access to the beach, surf, and gorgeous sunsets. THE BEDS: There is 1 KING BED, 2 extra-long BUNKS (with space at the end for your suitcase) & 1 DOUBLE BED. The room is about the sizes of a Motel Room. It is a Private Suite W/full Bath. There are 4 beds in the room with 14' ceilings, a TV and Wi-Fi. The Beds all have Great Mattresses. There are Protective Mattress & Pillow Covers. I provide a Fitted Sheet, a Sleeping Bag, & a Pillow THE BATHROOM: There is a full bathroom. The Toilet and Shower are in Separate rooms with doors, so 1 person can be using the toilet, another person can be taking a shower, while another person can be using the sink. There will be a Bath Towel, Beach Towel & Hand Towel for each person. (See Pictures) KITCHENETTE: Small Kitchenette with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Portable 2 burner Stove and Countertop Oven. (See picture) BRING YOUR OWN Pots, Pans, Utilities, Plates, Silverware, Food and Supplies. RENTAL PREPARATION: Your rental has been disinfected and cleaned by my professional team. We take immense care in preparing the rental for you. When a guest checks out, the space is aired out before my team goes in. All high-touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant. Door handles Controls and switches (e.g. light switches, television controls, fan pull chains) Bathroom taps, toilet flush handles, toilet seats Utensils, cutlery and crockery Furniture such as chairs, tables, and parts of the bed frames Then they start cleaning. All bedding, linens, and towels are washed and replaced. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive, beachfront room, with a view of the waves from your bed, you have found it. BRING YOUR OWN TOYS: Surf Borders, Boogie Borders, Football, Beach Balls, Etc. One of our Guests always brings a piece of Plywood with them, so they can play Ping-Pong. Other items to think about bringing would be a Portable BBQ, Beach Umbrella, & Beach Chair. Do you want a Fire on the Beach? You can buy Firewood at the Community Gate. There is parking for 1 car at street level. If you need more parking, call me. From the street there are 18 steps to your Room and 12 to the beach. There is a small Restaurant/Bar/Store at the Community Gate.
