Iona Inn 1st floor bedroom with 1 double bed and private bathroom

Room 1 is on the main floor of the Inn with a private full bath. The room sleeps two with a double bed. Iona Stables and Inn is located on a 35-acre farm just east of Rt 1, at a little crossroads called Argo’s Corner. We are situated 3 miles south of Milford, DE. It is only 3 miles to the Delaware Bay and 16 miles to the Ocean at Cape Henlopen State Park. The Lewes, Rehoboth, Tanger Outlets, and Delaware beaches and State Parks are located just south of us along the Rt 1 corridor. We are located 1 mile south of the new Bayhealth Medical Center. We are also 9 miles south of the DE Turf Sports Complex. Iona is a non-smoking property.
