Studio Apartment central to everything

"Seaside" is a beach themed studio apartment for two, or four in a pinch. Originally built in 1998, it was remodeled in January 2018 with all new appliances and furniture. There is a very comfortable Zinus 12" Memory Foam bed and a standard hide-away pull out bed available, if you have extra people coming along. The kitchen has a new range, microwave oven, and refrigerator installed in January 2018. There are place settings for 4, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower with a detachable Jacuzzi brand shower head. For entertainment, there is a Roku Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc, as well as DirecTV service. WiFi and Gigabit internet is available.
