Hardwood floors, laundry facilities, garage, grill and dock space are included. The property consists of 2 homes, the main house and the guest house. The unit being rented is the guest house which sits above the main house overlooking the lake. There is a private entrance and garage for the guest house. The only shared area is the dock. The lake is accessed via gradual steps. There is a level fire pit area half way to the lake. The lake front is level and great for swimming or fishing. In the guest house the living room features a large open area with a queensize pullout sofa, chair and a large screen tv. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of counter space and a dinning table that can accommodate 6 people. The floor plan is open as the kitchen opens to the living room. There is a wraparound porch/balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large closets for ample storage and has a tv. The second bedroom features 2 twin size beds with a large closet. Enjoy picturesque, family friendly swimming or kayaking with panoramic views in all directions. The 200 feet wide, level lake frontage is perfect to relax and enjoy the lake. It is easily accessible from the house. At lake level there is a dock provided for your use where you can tie up a boat, go swimming, or relax in a lounge chair with a glass of wine and enjoy the views.
