Ideal for families. Pets allowed. The tile King bedroom exits to private patio with garden lights, grill and private patio in fenced in yard. The space In the shade of 2 Spanish Pepper trees, on a corner lot sits this beautiful home away from home. It features 3 bedrooms and one bath, plus 2 small sleeper sofas in the living room. It sleeps 8 people, (the 2 small sofas can either sleep one adult each or 2 small children, which would make the total to 10 people) One bedroom has a king size bed with desk/workspace, and one bedroom has a queen size bed with desk/workspace and the third bedroom has another king size bed.) Pam's Corner has a full kitchen, with coffeemaker, juicer, toaster, blender (for those cool drinks) china, cutlery, glassware for up to 10 people, spice racks and all kinds of cooking utensils (bottle openers, corkscrews, garlic press, etc etc) paper towels, coffee, sugar, aluminum foil etc. Pam's corner has a fenced in backyard with a little outside patio sitting area ideal to grill or chill. No smoking! Guest access You have the entire property. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING property. If guests decide to break this house rule they will be charged a $250 fine.
