Mid Century Modern Pad

This is a mother in law basement space. Bright and colorful. Fun feeling of 1969. One bedroom with a comfy queen size bed, dressers and closet space. Rumpus room has a fold down sofa with a memory foam topper for comfort. There is also a queen air mattress available. The rumpus room has an electric built in fireplace, TV with Fire Stick, games and cards. Darts anyone? The kitchenette/ bar area has bar seating. It is a very usable kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, blender, coffee maker and k-cup brewer. There is even a couple fondue pots to really get into the spirit. Laundry/bath area is a colorful space. There is a shower, no tub, full size washer and dryer are in there. That space also has an elliptical, exercise balls, bands and a few other work out tools. Come out and join me in the shared screen porch when it is warm out. The yard is fenced and has some nice gardens when its warm out. You are certainly welcome to come out and help me pull some weeds. Climb up into the tree house or let the kids go down the slide. There is one parking space in the shared driveway. This is a nice neighborhood with a park just a block away. It is a busy street but the neighbors walk by and talk across the fence. There are plenty of restaurants close by. Great grocery stores. This may be a good place to stay while a loved one is in one of our cities fine hospitals. You must fill out the company profile to book this place. The booking must be in the name of the person that will be staying. I will not allow a booking for someone with only an email.
