Charming Country Cottage - 2 bed 2 bath

Charming country cottage nestled in a wooded setting down a private road. Enjoy peace and quiet and being surrounded by nature. Relax in the claw foot tub, the swimg on the porch or just enjoying nature. The property is located down a private road with woods on every side of you for peaceful views and seclusion. Your host is available to assist anytime during your stay but only as you need, to respect your privacy and time away. Guests may use the entire cottage and property that is immediately surrounding the cottage. All other woods, road, etc are privately owned and not accessible to guests. Your host does not live on the premises but is close and is in the neighborhood daily for other business. You can message or call and your host will be happy to assist you. Quiet neighborhood down a private road with only 3 other homes that are all separated by woods. Home is located just outside of Hot Springs National Park and is only a few miles away from Lake Ouachita. - We do not have internet or any tv/cable services. You truly get away from it all. We do have a DVD player and a selection of movies. - There is a small BBQ grill but you will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid or purchase when you arrive. - Please use provided make-up remover cloths for removing make-up and cleaning towels provided for spills, etc. Any stained or missing towels will be charged $10 each. - ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS OR SMOKING!!! There will be a $100 fee for each offense plus any additional fees to cover any damages. - No parties or extra guests allowed at anytime without hosts prior approval. There will be a fee for any violations.
