Stylish studio close to the city

This is a modern, comfortable and very convenient place to explore all that Sydney has to offer. Stylishly decorated, with private bathroom and kitchenette, we are surrounded by fantastic cafes, restaurants and galleries. Transport is also easy with trains and buses all around us. All the pictures you see are of your private studio which is accessible via a main stairwell. Our commitment to cleaning - These are stressful times for us all, so me and my team want to make sure you know that if you are considering staying that we take cleaning very seriously here, we have always been methodical about disinfecting every surface in the unit, but during this outbreak we are being extra careful to use a bleach solution on all areas which are touched more regularly, such as keys, door knobs, cupboard handles, light switches, kettle handles, remote controls, etc. We also are making sure to wash our hands/use alcohol gel before starting and many times during cleaning. We are also mindful to ensure we feel well ourselves before going inside to clean. If you need to self isolate, I also am available to go get you groceries, or anything you need. I am here for you! This is a self contained private studio, with your own kitchenette and bathroom in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchenette with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - if you would like to sleep separately to your travel partner the sofa bed can be made on request for a $25 fee; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -There is no lift. You will need to climb 4 flights of stairs. Please consider before booking. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with private kitchenette and bathroom. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. Chippendale is a small suburb in Sydney, but it is one of the coolest, most underground, creative and funky suburbs in town with all it's cafes, art galleries, award winning restaurants, bars, parks and it's big sustainable community, which keeps verge gardens full of fruit, vegetables and herbs for all to share! It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).
