The spacious bathroom includes a rain shower, toilet and large basin with boutique toiletries complimentary for your stay. Catering to both short and long stays, the apartment provides the convenience of a brand new washing machine/dryer combo, that is cleverly tucked away in the kitchen. The apartment comes with dedicated undercover parking for one vehicle, a rarity in this part of town. The parking spot is located at the back of the complex in a quiet cul-de-sac and attached with convenient and direct access. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee’ Any extra linen requests during your stay comes at an additional charge + delivery. ~ Parking ~ The apartment comes with a dedicated private parking spot for one vehicle (maximum medium size car - will not fit larger SUV vehicles) ~ Construction ~ Please note, construction is happening nearby and noise can be heard inside the apartment from 7am – 3:30pm.
