Key less entry & off street parking. 1300 square feet allows for additional guests with air mattress' in living/TV rooms. affluent country club neighborhood with easy access (w/n 25 mins) of downtown Indy, (pacers, colts, museums, Butler, IUPUI, and 30 mins to Indianapolis Motor Speedway. 40 minutes from airport. Full access to all amenities with free off street parking and no fees for cleaning. Keyless entry allows guest to come and go as they see fit. Interaction with guests is at their discretion. We are happy to advise on events, sites, shopping, etc. Visiting with guests is often enjoyable, but it is at the guests discretion, not ours. We respect your privacy and understand that you have your own agenda. Hamilton Proper is one of the more exclusive neighborhoods in the Indy area. Homes range from $400k to over several million and includes the Hawthorns Country Club. We have 24 hour monitoring inside the house and throughout the neighborhood. Auto is best option, or Uber/cab as Indy is easy to drive around with minimal traffic issues. Happy to give directions/suggestions. Let us know if you have special needs of any kind.
