Beautifully renovated house - one block to the beach or river with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 front decks with great views, a large rear deck with bbq and seating, off street parking for 2 cars, and all the amenities of home. Sea Bright is the perfect area for enjoying the beach and 'shore life', to take day trips to NYC, Atlantic City, Philadelphia or points in between. The BEACH! house is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our newly renovated BEACH! house is conveniently located on a quiet, residential street just 1 block from the beach and 1 from the river. We invite you to enjoy everything about our home, the comfortable furnishings, the decor and amenities, and the spacious back deck with relaxing seating, BBQ, and table. The two decks in front are perfect places to unwind after a fun day at the beach. Great layout for Wedding Groups, Family Reunions, and regular ol' summer vacations. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one with access to the front deck and the other with access to the bedroom with bunk beds. There is a full size air mattress available, as well, for use in the living room. Two full bathrooms with fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, and hair dryers. A fabulous chef's kitchen with every tool you need to apply your gourmet skills while friends and family keep you company in our open floor plan great room. Two covered parking spots as pictured. AC in all rooms! You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort including flat screens and premium channels for your viewing pleasure; kitchen tools and your "first day" continental breakfast; beach towels and house linens; an en suite washer and dryer; WiFi; and an on-call concierge. Our co-host Pamela will be on hand to welcome you to our shore sanctuary and will remain available by phone for any questions you may have. Our goal is make sure your vacation is 'shore' perfect! If you are visiting during the summer, you can expect traffic on the beach. Fortunately for you, the main area of the town AND the beach is one-half block away. Once you arrive, you can walk everywhere! If you are coming by car, there is covered parking for vehicles. Coming by train? Take NJ Transit to Little Silver and call Uber or Lyft. If the wait is too long, call the co-host who will taxi you home! WELCOME TO ONE BLOCK TO THE BEACH! GUEST HANDBOOK 2018 We are so pleased to welcome you to our home and hope that all who enter as guests will leave as friends. House Rules No pets* No smoking, including vape* No parties or events* No over-night guests* You must be over 25 years old to book BEACH! house.* * If your group consists of unrelated adults, all guests must be members of VRBO with positive reviews or provide a current photo ID and security deposit, at the hosts' discretion. * Failure to observe the rules above may result in early termination of booking, loss of security deposit, and penalty of $200 per violation plus cost to repair damage. • CHECK-IN starts at 4pm. o Please let us know your plan! The concierge will meet you at the house. o Prior to your arrival, you will receive your personal code for the front door. o If you are running late, please text your ETA to Pamela (number provided at booking). • CHECK-OUT must be completed before 11am. o If you have any concerns about damage in the house, please let us know that you want to be present for the physical check-out o We understand that accidents happen but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them without much effort. This creates a better chance of having your full security deposit returned! o We do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay but we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you: • Wash in the dishwasher and put away any used dishes/kitchenware, • Strip beds but leave sheets on mattress, • Collect wet towels and put in laundry room, •. Wash dry and fold beach towels. • Take out any trash or recycling that may have accumulated during your stay. • CUSTOM TIMES: Arriving/checking out slightly earlier/later should be fine, but please check with us first. • GARBAGE pails get put out at the curb every Sunday and Wednesday nights for pickup in the morning. If you are in the house on a Sunday or Wednesday night, please put them out. The pails must come back in on Monday and Thursday mornings. o If you are unable to bring in the pails/bin, please let the Concierge know. • RECYCLING gets put out at the curb on Tuesday nights and the bin must come in on Wednesday. o If you are unable to bring in the pails/bin, please let the Concierge know. o Single stream fully co-mingled – bottles, cans, plastic, newspaper, cardboard, mixed paper o Place at curbside after 7:00 pm the evening before o Recyclable materials will not be collected if placed in plastic bags o The Borough does not pick up electronics. Monmouth County recycles electronics. State law prohibits disposal of computers and TVs with trash. • SMOKING. The no smoking policy is strictly enforced in the house but you are permitted to smoke out back, only. Please do not smoke in the front of the house and be sure to pick up butts and dispose of them properly. • NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE, PLEASE. Street shoes should be left inside the front door to keep the floors clean and minimize the sand in the house.
