Me Deh Yah which means "I am Here" is a stunning completely refurbished three bedroom ground floor condo with a beautiful large fully updated kitchen and two luxury bathrooms in an exclusive gated community on the Freeport Peninsular. The property offers the perfect vacation get-away being 18 feet from the sea and offering views of the yachts in the Bay directly from your patio, a pool, kids pool, kids play area, manicured gardens, BBQ and Bar for shared use of the residents all in a small quiet Community. The Beach Club is situated within a few minutes walk. Access is also available to the neighboring Montego Bay Yacht Club and Restaurant for beautiful dining right by the water. The condo is also a great space for both business or work from home travelers. Everything right on your doorstep. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests with three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and AC for your comfort. The Master King Bedroom has its own luxury ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The Queen Bedroom and the Twin Bedroom share the other luxury bathroom. The space itself is beautifully finished and has all of the amenities expected including: - Wi Fi - Large fully equipped kitchen. - For Coffee lovers we have a Nespresso Classic Machine with Milk Frother (just bring your favorite pods). We also have a Filter coffee machine. - Fully furnished spacious living room/dining area - Private Patio overlooking the Bay with private gas grill BBQ - Cable TV - Washer/dryer - AC in all Bedrooms - Ceiling fans - An abundance of natural light - Manicured gardens, Bar and BBQ Area -Kids Playset -Welcome basket - just a few things to make your stay comfortable such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar as well as organic bathroom amenities. A few more things we thought you would like to know for your added comfort... -Premium bed linen and under everything, the mattress and pillows are fully encased in protective covers. -Your towels are also washed, even if they were not used by the previous guest as we want everything you use to be fresh… -Your toilets, showers and sinks are cleaned and sanitized. All couches and chairs are cleaned prior to your arrival as well - While we cannot wash every, pot, pan, plate, cup, bowl and piece of silverware between each guest, we do wash what has been left out… -We take great care and pride in the cleanliness of our apartment upon your arrival because we want you to feel as if you were our first guests! For your peace of mind, the property is situated in a gated community with 24 hour security, however, the Freeport area is extremely safe. The apartment is self contained with a private entrance. Check-in time is flexible, although we would request you let us know in advance so that we can arrange to meet you with the keys. Also it is recommended that you arrive in daylight hours on the first day so that you can familiarize yourselves with the area. The property manager, Julie, will meet and welcome you. We will show you to your parking area, give you a quick tour of the property and answer any questions you may have to help you get acquainted with the area. Montego Bay offers a wide variety of attractions and natural wonders. We have highlighted a few: Doctors Cave Beach - Doctor's Cave Beach Club, Montego Bay has been one of the most famous beaches in Jamaica for nearly a century. It is noted for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and near-white sand. Its sheltered location provides calm waters. Beach Restaurant, Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat and Catamaran Cruises available. Margaritaville is also located on the popular "Hip Strip". Other attractions include -Chukka Cove for adventure lovers including Good Hope Great House and Pottery, Rose Hall Great House visit the legend and see if you will spot "The White Witch", Martha Brae Rafting, Rocky Point Stables offering beach ride and horseback ocean swim, Dunns River Falls (one of Jamaica's National treasures) offering a unique opportunity to climb the 600ft falls , Dolphin Cove, (swim with the dolphins) Mayfield Falls, Negril and Rick's Cafe. We also recommend Rocklands Bird Sanctuary - Unique experience to hand bottle feed hummingbirds including Jamaica's National bird, the Doctor Bird, plus other bird species. Guests are also given a tour of the garden and can view Montego Bay from the new observation deck. We are within 15-20 minutes of the Sangster International Airport and only 5 minutes drive to the Grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The Beach Club and Restaurant, The Houseboat Restaurant and the Montego Bay Yacht Club & Restaurant are all within walking distance. Taxis are readily available as well as popular Car Rental Agencies. We are happy to arrange for Transportation to/from the airport. Our aim is to be eco-efficient and sustainable as much as possible. Our property runs on solar power and solar hot water and we hope our guests will embrace this. In the rare event of the loss of solar power, we are able to switch to mains power so guests will not experience too much inconvenience. We do also ask guests to be prepared on rare occasions where we have no Sun for a day or two that there maybe a temporary loss of hot water. We have installed a booster switch which should give guests enough hot water for a shower.
