WhipSpray Villa extremely private, POOL, beaches

A very private location right on the water. WhipSpray villa will give you a Caribbean holiday of a lifetime. There are 2 separate buildings connected by a screen wrap-around porch overlooking the beautiful Chalk Sound National Park. We own six lots along the water's edge and the 2 beaches are very PRIVATE as they are part of our 6 lots. Fabulous Taylor Bay Beach a minute drive from villa, or 5 minute walk. The PRIVACY here is so wonderful and hard to find on Turks & Caicos Islands. WhipSpray Villa is available for rent a minimum of one week from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. NO CHILDREN 12 and under. Our home has a pool, several outdoor sitting areas, outdoor day bed, outdoor shower by pool, private beaches, screened in porch, and private dock with swimming hole. Our home has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and king beds, one of which can be turned into 2 twins bed upon request. The outdoor sitting areas around the villa have stunning views of turquoise waters, some are screened in to ensure your comfort after the sunset and some in the shade. These outdoor spaces are great for sunbathing, reading, meditating, or chatting with friends and family. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are in each room (bedrooms and main living area), WiFi internet coverage, Cable TV and iPhone dock stations with stereo are some of the many other amenities what the villa offers. ***Please note that a replacement cushion on the outdoor bed is on backorder and may not be there for your stay.*** The first building has an open kitchen, living and dinning room with a small Parian breakfast balcony facing South. The living room opens up to the screened in dinning area on the North overlooking the pool and gorgeous views of Chalk Sound. The 'Paradise Vista' bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom open up the screened in porch and living room with beautiful chalk sound views. In the second building is where the other 3 bedrooms are located. On the second floor is the king size bed master bedroom, 'Osprey suite', with en-suite bathroom and personal screened in sitting area balcony overlooking Chalk Sound. On the ground floor of this building are two separate bedrooms with entrances directly to outside. The 'Water's edge' bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom has views of the garden and Chalk Sound with covered sitting area. The ‘Garden View’ bedroom with king bed (can be made into 2 twin beds) and en-suite bathroom has garden terrace views. You will have access to the house and it’s sprawling property. All doors are push button code locks so no red to carry around keys. We have few locked areas for owner personal use. You may call Thomas Valcin. You may call me in Vermont. Thomas lives on the property on a separate lot at the far end of the drive, in our second home he rents. He has a job and care takes for several homes. He is there only if urgent. Whipspray villa sits on the end of a peninsula with stunning 300 degree views of Chalk Sound. Taylor Bay beach is a 1 minute drive from the Villa. The villa is extremely private thus allowing you to relax and rest. Many docks, decks, patios with chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Pool can be heated but it costs $1,000 per week paid ahead. Car rental is a must! Please book immediately as rental cars can get difficult to find during high season. We are located about 15 minutes from the airport. Fun tip! When landing look out of the right side of the plane and you’ll be able to see our Villa on Chalk Sound just before you land. - Whipspray Villa is available for minimum one week rental from Saturday to Saturday. - Kids are welcome from 12 years old, Whipspray is not child friendly as the rooms are not connected to each other and some open directly to outside. Please inquire if you have questions about this. -My CLEANING STAFF will clean and sanitize between visitors. Due to Covid-19 we will no longer leave condiments. Toilet paper will be provided for your stay. Please add the following on your shopping list: paper towels, napkins, paper plates & cups (if you want them), spices, condiments of all kinds you want to have. Tinfoil and other wraps. Thank you very much. If you can be torn away from the relaxation WhipSpray provides, you can go to the 2 local beaches minutes from the house. Sapadillo Bay and Taylor Bay are both very close our home. If you feel like visiting a larger beach, Grace Bay Beach is a 15-20 minute drive. This is where most of the resorts, shopping, and restaurants are located as well as nightlife. The kitchen has fabulous pots and pans, a brisker (heated bread box to keep chips fresh), a juicer, Cuisinart Food processor, and many other items. All-Clad cookware. Blendtec high-end blender. Well stocked for a cook who wants it all. EXERCISE EQUIPMENT stationary bike and rowing machine as well. We just installed fancy ladders to access the water from both docks/decks. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CORONA VIRUS YOU MAY PICK UP FROM YOUR VISIT TO TURKS & CAICOS ISLANDS. BEFORE YOU LEAVE PLEASE: 1. Put all towels, sheets, pillow cases in the laundry room downstairs under the kitchen. 2. Please do not make beds so we know what beds were used. 3. Please leave house tidy and well picked up, trash in trash bins. Have all dishes and pots and pans cleaned away. 4. We often have people coming in four hour after you leave.
