This unit offers best of two worlds -- quiet and residential area with quick access to city. Hardwood floors, eat in kitchen, comfortably sleeps 4. There is a queen bed in the bedroom with flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The living room is large and spacious with with TV. The unit is at ground level and gets great sunlight. There is easy access into unit and direct access to parking. Laundry on site. Great neighborhood! After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $10/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot as it is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
