MODERN PRIVATE PENINSULA HOME

Enjoy a modern, freshly renovated home situated on a 2 acre private peninsula on the Chesapeake Bay. Just minutes from quaint downtown Rock Hall, this home features spectacular water views from every room. With three fireplaces, you can stay cozy inside while enjoying the beautiful natural bay views just outside the door. Having recently gone through a complete renovation inside and out, this home is sure to delight with high-end appliances, fixtures and furnishings, and a Tesla Solar Roof. The Master Suite boasts a king size bed, remote-controlled fireplace, Samsung Frame TV and plenty of relaxing bay views. It also has an en suite bath with a rain shower head, freestanding tub, and sunset views. The two guest suites, which are completely separated from the Master suite, both have queen size beds and share a bathroom with a walk in shower. For entertaining, there is a large dining room with seating for 6, and two large living rooms -- one upstairs and one down, each with a gas fireplace and Samsung Frame TV. Just outside the living rooms, there are two connected porches -- upstairs has lounge seating and downstairs has a dining table for enjoying dinner with a fabulous view. Our kitchen is well outfitted for even the most discerning of chefs with a convection oven, speed oven, and induction cooktop. Cookware, knives, dinnerware, and glassware for any occasion are all provided. We also have a Nespresso and capsules to help you start a relaxing morning at the point. Outside, you will find another entertaining space, a large patio with lounge seating. As you head toward the point, we have a Solo Stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The home also has a Tesla Solar Roof with backup Tesla Powerwalls, so you will never have to worry about a power outage during your stay. Soon we will also have a Tesla vehicle charging station should you need to charge up during your stay. FINALLY, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR HOME IS UNFORTUNATELY NOT SUITABLE OR SAFE FOR CHILDREN. WE ALSO DO NOT ALLOW EVENTS OR PETS. During your stay, you may see "Melvin", our resident groundhog out in the yard enjoying some grass. You may also see "Eddie" our resident bald eagle enjoying sushi in one of our trees. As you can imagine, the eastern shore, and especially our point, has many creatures. I'm told there is great fishing off our shore, and while at the property you are likely to see cranes, ducks, geese, bunnies, deer and unfortunately a snake or two basking in the rocks (there are no venomous snakes on the property).
