ADIRONDACKS - ROOM TO BREATHE

FULLY VACCINATED HOST-YOUR THE ONLY GUEST Centered between Lake Champlain and The High Peaks with easy access to all Adirondacks attractions and center of town and I minute away from OTIS Music Festival. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small groups. Many fantastic trails to hike just minutes away. My home has been completely renovated and is quite clean, comfortable, warm and cozy, especially when the fire is burning in the cast iron stove. The room is 13 by 23ft and with built in draws and ample closet space. My home is surrounded on 3 sides by pristine wilderness and has a spacious yet homey feeling. There is a large kitchen for your use and a separate dining room. The room has two double beds( one is a futon which converts into a double bed). There is also a mini fridge and a dresser if you were planning on a longer stay. There is also air conditioning and two lighted ceiling fans. Please be aware that this is a sober house hold and that If you do drink staying mindful of that would be greatly appreciated thank you. Kitchen, dinning room and enclosed rustic porch available for your use. You also have a private half bathroom next to your room but we share the full bathroom located on the first floor. Feel free to enjoy the yard as well. I have a fantastic picnic table built by my Amish friend's and a fire pit down in a garden enclosed grotto for your use depending on the season. Coffee and tea are available at any time. This home has pets which are my three cats which must not be allowed out of the house. Thanks. I am available to offer as much or as little interaction with you as would like. Elizabethtown(E'Town for Short) is the main town in Essex County with many basic amenities and some good restaurants 1 minutes drive or a short walk if that please you. E'Town really is located in an area which allows you to easily get to Lake Champlain, Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Is is a 36 mile drive to Plattsburg and 1 and a half hours drive to Montreal Canada. My home in Elizabethtown is located in the Essex County government seat. There are some lovely restaurants and a fantastic Cafe Market located within the Deers Head Inn restaurant. There is also the Adirondack Museum and a local library along with a fantastic thrift shop. I am located right on Route 9 granting extremely easy access to Lake Champlain,Saranac Lake, Lake Placid and Whiteface Mountain and have many awesome trail heads within a 15 minute or less drive. Please don't let my cats outside they do not understand that coyotes are not their friends LOL Please be aware that this is a sober house hold and that If you do drink staying mindful of that would be greatly appreciated thank you.
