Charming 3-bedroom 2 bath home in quaint New England town. Centrally located between Vail, Jay Peak and Smugglers notch ski and ride all three from one convenient location. Spacious living spaces fully stocked kitchen for cooking and everything you need for longer stays. Take a brew tour to Rock Art , Ten Bends, Lost Nation , Trapps and the Alchemist breweries all nearby. Walk to local pubs , restaurants , shops and farmers markets. Take a bike ride or walk on New England's longest rail trail ! One car garage ,front porch and small back yard lots of closets space Jacuzzi tub . Lovely plants all over the house. The 5-step cleaning process is a set of cleaning practices that as a host we are required to follow between guest stays, in addition we have taken extra precautions to assure both the safety and health of our guest and ourselves. All bedrooms are available for the guest during there stay I do not lock off bedrooms based on guest count ! Please ask about late check out I will do my best to accommodate you. Guest have access to the entire house and garage . One vehicle fits in the garage and two mid sized in the driveway . additional cars will have to park in town about two blocks away. Always available to answer any questions about the area ! Morrisville Vermont is centrally located between three major ski resorts. Vail's Stowe Mountain resort , Jay Peak and Smugglers Notch are all nearby. A great way to ski and ride three of Vermonts best ski resorts from one great location. Lake Elmore is only ten minutes away and is a great place for hiking or snowshoeing in the winter and beach activities in the summer. Coffee shops , bakeries, restaurants and Local pubs all within walking distance . All the amenities of Stowe without the crowds while still only 15 minutes away from downtown Stowe. Hit up a Farmers markets in the summer take a hike or walk the 34.2 miles on the rail trail thru Caledonia, Franklin, Lamoille counties. Nice dog park and biking trails five Minutes away . Move theater , grocery stores, local pubs , shops and pharmacy all walking distance. Free local bus , taxis and easy biking and walking to stores and restaurants I offer rides to and from the long trail for thru hikers . Additional charges $25.00 per day per dog $100.00 cleaning fee per week for stays longer then 7 nights.
