Cottage with off street parking and own personal entry way. Carport and extra storage. This place is very accessible and located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Lajunta. Very close to our wonderful City Park and shopping areas. Wifi and Roku Tv available. Central air in the hot summer months. This space is totally for the guest. Please respect "The Rock" as it is near some elderly people. Guest can pull up directly in front of the property in front of the vibrant yellow door. However to access getting into the house, please walk on the concrete sidewalk on the East side and access the keypad, located near the carport access. Easier yet.. just park in the carport. There is to be no smoking of any type inside the house. Plenty of areas outside. No marijuana use. Prohibited
