Wonderful master bedroom suite w/ jetted tub. Full kitchen, free washer/dryer, and a fire pit. Large enclosed deck that overlooks the lake. Propane grill. Parking is available at the house for your boat trailer. Quiet family friendly neighborhood on a private road. Fish, Swim, Boat, and Relax. Sleeps 10 adults You will be renting the whole house. We have have installed the best WiFi available. However, Please note the WiFi is on the slower side because we are in a remote location. The Wifi works for email, social media, etc. but It buffers a lot if you try to stream. Depending on your phone service you may be able to hot spot. The large porch does not have AC but does have ceiling fans and an attic fan. The rest of the home has AC/Heat. Bedrooms and living room has ceiling fans. Plenty of parking. Drive way is large enough for truck and small boat trailer. No Large Boats as the one lane private road is Very Narrow. Hosts are available 24/7 via phone/email Quiet lake front community You will need your own vehicle. No public transportation. Eureka Springs, Arkansas is 30 minutes away. Hiking and trout fishing at Roaring River State Park is 15 minutes away. Northwest Arkansas attractions are just an hour away. Please be aware this home is Not in a neighborhood where you can have loud music after 10:00 p.m. We ask our guests to be respectful to our neighbors at all times. Please pick up after yourself and do not leave trash in the yard or down on the lakefront. NO Parties. NO Smoking inside the home. Do Not launch boats from the property. Big M or Eagle Rock Marinas are nearby.
