Featuring eight bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths that span two full levels, this home is the perfect place to accommodate large families or groups of friends. The main level is open, spacious, and dressed in rustic, yet modern décor and furniture, with burnished floors, wood accents, and lots of natural light streaming in through broad windows overlooking the front of the property. The living room is a great place for large groups to relax at once, with plenty of comfortable seating, beautiful tree views, and a flatscreen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. The TV is enabled with Netflix for streaming your favorite movies and shows whenever you want some quality downtime. Off the living room, you'll find a roomy porch with rustic décor, seating that includes a wood rocking chair, and a private laundry room housing the home's washer/dryer. The full, well-equipped kitchen has everything the family chefs need to prepare spectacular meals including stainless steel appliances, a French-door refrigerator, expansive countertops, a center prep island, a spacious pantry, and plenty of helpful gadgets. The gas stove will keep the kitchen toasty while the kids enjoy their breakfasts at the expandable dining table with seating for six. There are two bar stools available at the breakfast bar and a high chair for the baby. The kitchen also includes a shared bath next to the staircase. When it's time to serve your dinner guests, the dining room is an elegant space and the table has seating for six. Afterward, clear the table away and spread out the home's board games while you let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes. Outside, the enclosed yard is the perfect space for the kids to romp around with the family dogs while you take advantage of the private gas grill to host those hot-weather family barbecues on the patio - just remember to take some time out in the hammock! When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have two bedrooms downstairs, both with gas stoves, en-suite baths, and sliding-door access to the backyard. Upstairs, there are six more bedrooms, four with en suite baths and one with a crib. A corner room has a work desk and chair for homework or crafts, and there is an office space on the landing that features a gas stove and a futon. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. This home shares a driveway with an Inn that hosts weddings, making it a perfect space to accommodate wedding guests. What's nearby: Just cross Strawberry Creek to get to town, where you'll find shopping, markets, and lots of fun family-friendly activities to enjoy. You'll have plenty of terrific restaurants all within one mile of the home anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
