Our Happy Place

Beautiful clean, comfortable, welcoming 4 bedroom home on a large 1 acre fenced in property. You do not have access to the garage or basement. Both are locked. *Garage & basement are locked and not to be used. We keep work equipment in the garage so it is possible for us to pick up/drop off something that is needed only entering and exiting via garage doors* Our front ring cameras will remain on 24/7. You are not permitted to have guests who are not registered to stay at the home. Large fenced in backyard. Heated (set to 82 degrees) 65x20 salt water pool with slide and diving board. Pool will be closed as of October 1st. Outdoor play set and trampoline. Fire pit & hibachi grill. House features large kitchen with Island that sits 6. Living room has a wood burning insert and very comfy sectional. Dining room sits 6 comfortably. Indoor playroom/jungle gym and computer room for the kids. Upstairs master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and tub. 3 more bedrooms and bathroom with tub on the second floor. 1st bedroom full size bed. 2nd bedroom bunk bed with trundle (full, twin,twin; weight limit for top twin is 90 lbs) 3rd bedroom has a crib and a twin bed with twin trundle. There is a charge of $100 per night per person over 6 adults. This is not a party house. Please be respectful to our home, yard and neighbors. You can bring a small dog for $35 per day. You are responsible for picking up dog waste and any damage done by your dog. You must be 25 years or older to book this property. Use of pool is at your own risk! Please use caution and be safe. You are responsible for watching your child/children. Safety needs by the pool, trampoline and all play activities indoor and outdoor at your own risk. We are available at anytime. We leave our number for you to call or text if needed. Our home is in Huntington which features cafes, restaurants, shopping and Huntington park. 5 minutes away from LIRR. Driving is recommended to get around. LIRR 5 mins away from the house. 1 hour to NYC. We have cameras inside that we turn off and cover. The outside cameras are left uncovered. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 12 pm.
