Located within the quaint Tarpon River neighborhood, you will feel like a local with the beach, restaurants, bars, airport and port all 10 min away. Our space is great for couples, groups, and families. Come stay at our place and feel like you are living the Fort Lauderdale lifestyle with all our beach inspired decorations and comfort. Kitchen - features oven and microwave, deluxe Ninja Coffee Maker, water cooler, 5 top gas stove, Ninja Blender, Kitchen Aid Mixer, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, bakeware, cooking equipment and utensils, all fully stocked for all your gourmet cooking needs and/or desires. Front Patio - is covered, comes with a fan and light and is netted to protect you from the mosquitos and the weather but still be able to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening. Seating is provided along with rug and leg rest. Back deck - features built in seating, a table with chairs, BBQ grill, and lighting for you to enjoy while grilling up food. First floor - features bamboo floors, ceiling fan, SmartTV with Netflix, HULU and youtube for you to use, record player, dining room table and chairs, sofa, chairs, coffee table and half bathroom. Second floor - features hardwood floors, 1 master bedroom with walk in closet, jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, plus dual sinks, plus 2 guest bedrooms with closets and ceiling fans, and guest bathroom with dual sinks and sunk in bathtub. Total of 3 bedrooms. Washer and Dryer - are conveniently located on the second floor, both are large and new and come equipped with detergent. The AC is controlled by NEST and you are welcomed to set to your desired temperature. Security - the house comes with Vivint security cameras that monitor the front driveway, the front door and backyard. No cameras within the home whatsoever. Beach gear! - Two beach chairs, beach umbrella, and towels are provided during your stay. Clean linens and towels are also provided, along with basic toiletries, hair dryer, and iron for your needs. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage, the first floor closet and back closet, it's where we keep our stuff.
