Situated on 2 acres of lakefront property, this 5-bed, 4-bath house is a wonderful place to vacation no matter the time of year! Inside you’ll enjoy stylish & fully furnished rooms w/ modern amenities. Outside you’ll love the sprawling yard, hammock, wood swings, private beach & dock, fire pit, hot tub & outdoor shower. Just across the street are Copake Country Club and The Greens, offering golf & year-round dining. The main floor offers fabulous views of the lake from inside the open plan living/kitchen/dining area or the outdoor deck with hot tub & fire place. The living room boasts high ceilings, comfortable furniture & a large fire place while the dining room offers seating for 12 people & a cozy coffee nook overlooking the lake. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, 2 sinks, an ice maker, cookware & all the dish/glass ware you'll ever need! Downstairs is at lake level, so you'll have direct access to the yard & outdoor shower through sliding glass doors. You can also relax in the large pit sofa or play a round of ping pong. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor & 1 bedroom on the lake level. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs (1 ensuite), 1 bathroom on the main floor & 1 bathroom on the lake level. Boats are not included and must be rented through Copake Lake Boat Rentals LLC We do not break up weekends, Fridays and Saturdays must be booked together.
