Trendy apartment above a dive bar!

A very unique place that is not for everyone. This apartment is above a bar in a small rural town in north central Ohio - our tag line is "The dive bar you can take your mom to!" We have tastefully renovated the space - it's been a pub/bar at least since the 30's and there are plenty of stories as to what that apartment may have been used for! Being above a bar poses certain challenges; you ARE going to hear music and the sounds of patrons coming and going. The pub closes early on Sundays (7 pm) and is closed on Mondays - during the week it tends to empty out about 10:30 or 11, Friday's and Saturdays it can go till 2 am. Butler is a great little village in the heart of the Clear Fork Valley with it's tree covered hills, close to Mohican State Park, Snow Trails ski hill, Mt Jeez, Big Lyons falls etc. So, if you like a great local meal, a party central downstairs, surrounded by natural beauty - have we got the spot for you! Butler is a small village of 800 people, the pub is on the south side of town backed up to Smokey Run Creek, facing a church, with the local ice cream spot across the parking lot. A small walking town - cute little central park, local restaurant coffee shop and a local museum pretty much make up Butler.
