Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with all the amenities. There's an amazing backyard “spa” with a heated pool (ask 48 hrs before) and a jacuzzi. There's also a romantic and cozy outdoor sitting area, plus a grill. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. The Space: BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom (big hot tube). 2. Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom and a walk-in closet. 3. Bedroom with a Queen SIZE BED, a 55" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 4. Bedroom with a Queen SIZE BED, a 55" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. 5. Bedroom with a Queen SIZE BED, a 55" Smart TV and access to a shared full bathroom. *Two extra folding beds. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. LIVING ROOM - Samsung 70'' smart TV - Coffee table - Top the line sofa - Fast WiFi. KITCHEN - Regular coffee maker - Blender - Kettle - Pots and pans - Refrigerator (ice-maker and filtered water) - Dishwasher (detergent provided) - 4-burner stove with an oven - Microwave - Basic kitchen spices provided - Basic household cleaning supplies included (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.) THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest Access: The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. The Neighborhood: Golden Glades is an urban and really calm neighborhood. The perfect place to enjoy everything Miami has to offer. The best thing is that it's located only minutes away from the Pristine Beaches of Miami. It's very close to many grocery stores and within walking distance to the ​Oak Grove Park. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors. Getting Around: Convenience stores: 5-10 minute drive. Bal Harbour Shops: 15 minute drive. Miami Beach: 15 minute drive. Aventura Mall: 15 minute drive. FLL Airport: 20 minute drive. Miami Intl Airport: 20 minute drive. Other Things to Note: - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. There's a fee of $300. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
