Here's your chance to experience the "Suite Life" first hand and we're convinced you'll be back or buying a pleasure boat yourself ! *NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED* There is Mississippi Pub right here in the marina. Also there are 3 more restaurants/ bars in walking distance. During the summer months you can watch boat traffic go by as you're sitting on top laying in the sun or reading a book. Also there is a refinery across the river and is beautiful at night. It does let off noise. Winter the boat is shrink wrapped and you cannot access upper decks. Also locked bath down below and lower storage area. Also washer and dryer is diabled. Summer washer dryer is still unusable. Also storage area below and lower bath. Lives minutes away. I am a "live aboard" in the next marina upstream. Lots of walking/bike trails , bars and restaurants within walking distance. Scenery of the river life... Uber Absolutely NO SWIMMING is allowed in marina. There could be a potential electric shock waves in the water if a boat is not hooked up right, so please NO SWIMMING. BOAT DOES NOT LEAVE HER SLIP.
