House cleaning fee includes Covid-compliant sanitizing, and fresh sheets, pillow cases and towels. The space A few things to note: - What made us fall in love with this house and property is the privacy and quiet. We don't get boat traffic like you would on the main lake. - This is a rural area, so while we have WIFI, it's limited bandwidth. But hey, you're on vacation, so no work. - If you bring your own boat or rent one from the marina, you'll need to navigate through a very short tunnel underneath Lizard Creek Road to access Lizard Creek. - We're at the end of the cove, which is great for fishing, bird and wildlife watching and privacy. That being said, the water level at our dock is regulated by Dominion Power, generally between 2 and 3 feet depth. So V-hulls may have difficulty. Pontoon boats, jet skis, bass boats and Boston Whalers do best. - We have a charcoal grill for your use (stored underneath the deck), so bring your charcoal and please grill only on the ground and not on the deck.
