Magnolia Cottage is the perfect getaway home located off the path, close to the bay side of life. Professionally decorated with a boho feel. Bring your boat, relax & enjoy the north side of 393. This light filled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located north of 393 & a quick .4 miles to the Chas E Cesna Landing Boat Ramp & only 3.3 miles to the closest public beach access which is Ed Walline. Beach is about a 10 min drive. Perfect Couples Retreat Must Love Plants Two large porches with a hammock THE HOUSE - Enjoy the use of the whole home which includes 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed for up to 2 people, a private ensuite bathroom, and the use of the very comfortable sectional couch which could be an alternative sleeping arrangement for a small kid or extra guest. Extra bedding provided upon request. - You do have full use of the house but we do lock out two personal rooms. These rooms are locked off and are not for guest use while you are staying. NO MORE THEN 3 GUESTS OCCUPANCY WE DO CHARGE A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET THE MASTER BEDROOM - A new Queen Tempurpedic Mattress with luxury white linens, ceiling fan, Apple TV, ensuite bathroom with Shower tub combo. THE KITCHEN -A well appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay home and cook. Brand new appliances, electric stove, drip coffee maker, spices for cooking. THE LIVING ROOM - Relax in the living room while settling in for the night so you can Chill. We only have basic cable but we do have an Roku for smart apps. AMMENITIES - WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING - Fresh laundered towels, wash cloths, hand towels -2 pods for the dishwasher, 2 pods of washing machine detergent, 1 sponge, 1 hand soap, 1 dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 small conditioner, 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel. We also provide 1 pack of coffee and coffee filters. We do provide all the basics to last you for a day or two. FOR FUN WE ALSO PROVIDE - 2 beach cruisers bikes - 2 back pack beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella , and a medium cooler. PARKING - There is room for up to 2 cars or 1 car and a boat with a trailer. We are .3 miles from the closest Public Boat Ramp - Cessna Landing which is Bay side. PLANTS - Once you enter Magnolia Cottage, you will notice that we love our plants. All the plants in the home are real so we please ask that you do not touch them or water them :) PETS - We are a pet friendly house but we do require a $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. We will collect this fee at time of check-in. Please make sure to pick up after your pets waste. We do provide doggy bags. LOCATION - We are north of the bay off of County HWY 393. This is off the beaten path if you are used to staying on 30A. - Feel free to (Hidden by Airbnb) Central 8th Street, Santa Rosa Beach and that is the street the house is located on. - You will need to drive your car to get to the beach and the closest beach access is Ed walline which is down County HWY 393 and about a 10 min car ride. Uber and Lyft are great ways to get around when you don't feel like driving. We also provide 2 beach cruiser to ride around.
