The space has its own private outside entry and on-street parking. The room is located in a 130 year-old Victorian house in Historic Downtown Lexington. Guests have access to the French Quarter style courtyard and gardens. The entrance to the room is separate from the main entry of the house, so guest can come and go without hassle or worry of interrupting others. The house is a safe and scenic 12 minute walk to Rupp Arena and the Square in the heart of downtown. West Sixth Brewery is only two blocks away and other local breweries and restaurants are close by.
