Very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath with open layout 2 creeks run though the property. Large flat yard. Large covered porch. Bunk bed in smaller bedroom. Metal roof. Washer and dryer for guest use. 2 miles from downtown Black Mountain. 55 inch 4k TV with Roku and Chrome-cast. Wifi. House was originally a mobile home but it has been extensively remodeled and no longer feels like a trailer.
