If you are bringing more than two cars, we have additional parking available at our neighbor's house • Both cottages fully re-modeled - new kitchens, new siding and floors, new amenities including kitchen cabinets, stove and bathroom • Family friendly and Pack n' Play available per request! • Large front porch • Temperature controlled mini-splits in both cottages • Please note our cottage is on the main road leading into Hampton Beach. It can get very busy with traffic but it usually calms down by the evening. • FYI - We have a Ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Most are full-time residents so please be respectful of noise levels. Disturbances to our neighbors and breaking house rules will not be tolerated. Note: We do a background check on every guest. Getting Around: Almost everything is walking distance away. If you need a CVS, hospital or urgent care, you are minutes away right down Rt. 101.
