Welcome to Lake ConRoy Estates - Unit A! This unit offers the entire 2nd floor, with it's own private entry. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is WiFi on-site as well as TV. You may have to share the outside with guests, as there are 2 Units on-site. Both have private entry and will have no access to your unit. Guests also have access to my other property that has it's own private lake, volleyball court and passes to Lake Conroe. We are surrounded by several restaurants, bars and any water sport you choose! **There is a $50 pet fee, per pet, due upon arrival. **
