B) Maximum occupancy was reduced to 10 day/night guests. C) Various non-essential decor items (throw blankets, pillows) and furnishings are temporarily removed. D) Partnership with local concierge service provider delivering groceries. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: 1) Bookings canceled by Guest at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the reservation deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in will be refunded 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. A full refund will be granted anytime if the property becomes unavailable due mandatory lockdown in Vermont. The Homeowners do not control any possible withholdings of service fees by Listing site. 2) The Homeowners are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive, or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up.
