Amazing beach house. huge beach; 5 bedms. 3 baths

5 bedrooms (one on the main floor) with 3 baths on the beach with a fabulous beach that is 3 doors north of the Holland State Park. 3 assigned parking spots (2 with 32 stairs to the beach and other down the Boardwalk). Carts provided for groceries, luggage, etc. Great views, great beach. Newer home with full length enclosed/screened porch on the beach side. Main floor master bedroom with shared bath. 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bath upstairs and walkout lower level has large full bath and two more bedrooms with daylight windows. More than 5 cars MAY be an issue with parking. There are a few guest parking spots but not assigned. 12 people maximum. No outdoor wood fires. We provide beach towels, indoor towels and linens. Very clean. GREAT front porch. And the best part is we have a HUGE beach and are next to activities such as basketball hoops, volleyball nets, concession stand and pier at the Holland State Park. Volleyball and basketball should be at the cottage plus other beach sand toys for doing sand castles, playing Frisbee, etc. From one of our recent guests: "We booked your property last year and love it!
