Charm of Carlton in the heart of wine country

Welcome to the Charm of Carlton! Our house is right in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country and 2 blocks from beautiful downtown Carlton. You will feel 'wine at home'! There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, TV room, living room, dining room, laundry area, backyard and storage shed. We have a full kitchen (including a wine fridge!) that opens up to the dining and living room. On nice warm days, you can open the double doors leading to the outdoor patio. The backyard is completely fenced in. We have a patio table with chairs, and string lights for the perfect summer night. Fun fact: Downtown Carlton has over 20 tasting rooms, the highest per capita in the US! And this is all walking distance from the house. We are also conveniently located 1 block from the city park, disc golf anyone? We have a set for you to use! Large off-street driveway and street parking. Pet friendly with a fee.
